01Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and l4441 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the l4441 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and any related features available at https://l4441.org. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the l4441 platform to access gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including any eligible bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash benefit offered by l4441 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn from the Account.

03Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the l4441 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy each of the following conditions:

04Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

To use the full features of the l4441 platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing funds — you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on l4441. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• KYC documents: Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address or source of funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. l4441 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.

l4441 reserves the right to request additional KYC documents at any time, including during the course of routine account review or when unusual transaction patterns are detected. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending resolution.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l4441 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply a currency conversion fee. The following rules govern deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash or Nagad; ৳200 via Rocket; ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Deposit ownership: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. l4441 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours Bangladesh Standard Time.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your l4441 Balance within 2 hours, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

The following rules govern withdrawals from your l4441 Account:

• KYC requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed after full KYC verification is complete on your account.
• Same-channel rule: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. l4441 may request an alternative verified account if the original channel is unavailable.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods after KYC is verified. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds: Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement can be withdrawn. Pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

06Bonuses & Promotional Offers

l4441 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion. The wagering requirement must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• One bonus per promotion: Players may only claim each promotional offer once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live table games contribute at a lower rate.
• Abuse: l4441 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any winnings generated from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated systems.
• No cash value: Bonus offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts except where specifically permitted in the promotion terms.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l4441 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any platform restriction.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or obtain promotional benefits unfairly.
• Engaging in or facilitating charge-back fraud, including reversing deposits after participating in games or claiming bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or the withdrawal process.

l4441 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems are reviewed by our compliance team. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, l4441 will take all necessary steps to recover any funds obtained through fraudulent activity and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

08Intellectual Property

All content available on the l4441 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the proprietary property of l4441 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express written consent of l4441.

09Responsible Gaming

l4441 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problems with gambling, and we have a duty to provide tools and information to help players maintain control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Stricter limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, betting and casino play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session reminders: Set automated alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.

11Account Suspension & Termination

l4441 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following are non-exhaustive grounds on which l4441 may take action against an account:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Discovery that the registered account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request by l4441.

Where an account is closed by l4441 for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account after the deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

12Amendments to These Terms

l4441 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing applicable to online gaming platforms operating in Bangladesh. l4441 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and l4441, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to resolve the matter informally. Our support team aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days Bangladesh Standard Time. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as determined by l4441.
